Despite the name, forget the cluttered cantina look: Cantina 1511 is sleekly contemporary. Some simple pottery accessorizes wood textures and deep sunset-on-the-beach colors. Cantina 1511 strives for upscale Mexican dining, introducing the refined flavors of the Yucatan. Think Mexican for grown-ups, like elegant snapper Veracruz and tender chicken with rich mole sauce spiked with peanuts. Earthy achiote-marinated chicken introduces complex layers of taste.
