Rate and Write a Review The Blue Frog, in the heart of River North, stands out as a place to have fun for the sake of having fun. It features karaoke four nights a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday), open-mic night on Monday and game-night every night. The karaoke action rotates between two DJs, and the place can get so packed on karaoke nights it's a good idea to call ahead if you're with a large group. Patrons can get carried away with the kitschy atmosphere offering old-school games like Chutes & Ladders, Operation, Slinkies, Battleship and more. Food includes neighborhood pub favorites like burgers, sandwiches, soups and late-night dinners. An outdoor beer garden accommodates diners and barhoppers. -- Audarshia Townsend

Love, love, love
If you want to pay a high cover price so you can go somewhere and pay a ridiculous amount of money for a bad hamburger and B96 music, then by all means, head to Division Street or somewhere similar to that. But if what you're looking for is a fun night with friends and all the comforts of your own living room with very reasonably priced drinks and food and none of the clean-up to do, The Blue Frog is it. The board games are an added plus to me. It's just fun and casual and relaxed.
